Meet Matt

Who is Matt Lindemann?  I grew up in Northern Virginia and came to Central Virginia to attend VMI.  Charlottesville became my home when I moved here as a newlywed for my wife to attend graduate school.  I've been here ever since and couldn't imagine a better community to raise my three children.

My interest in building started at a young age when our 1850s farm house was under renovation.  I got our builder in trouble after I held up a square to show the ceiling was not level.  (I was 13 at the time).

I started working as a laborer during my summers in high school and continued this work while in college.  After college, I worked as a project manager for a builder in Vienna, Virginia for several years.  Once in Charlottesville, I worked for two custom-home builders before starting this business in February 2020.

While most of my experience lies in new construction, I have also spent 4 years focusing on renovations and additions.  Much has changed since the pandemic, and I'm shifting my focus to custom solutions and smaller projects.  I enjoy residential construction because I love building relationships with my clients and bringing their dreams to life.
